Is There A Cost to Following Jesus?

At this point in Luke’s gospel, there is a monumental shift. Jesus makes a deliberate turn and sets his face towards Jerusalem. As he sets out to conclude His journey, we are introduced to three quick stories which help us understand what it costs to be a follower of Jesus. The questions He answers and asks are tough, challenging, and they invite us to take an inventory of our understanding of what it means to be a disciple of Christ.
