We are thrilled you would like to join LHM!

 

If you are a NEW prospective family who'd like to enroll in LHM, please follow the below steps:

  1. Your oldest child must be at least five years old and entering Kindergarten as of September 1st of that year.
  2. E-mail the LHM board at linworthhomeschoolministry@gmail.com to inquire about group openings and availability.
  3. Once an LHM board member has contacted you, please print the "New Member Enrollment Form"  HERE
  4. Fill out the New Member Enrollment Form in its entirety. Please send the Referal paperwork to three (non-family member) individuals from whom you wish to receive a referral. Please mail referral paperwork along with an addressed (see below address) & stamped envelope.

  5. Please ensure all information is accurate as this allows us to quickly process your paperwork.
  6. Mail the completed enrollment form (the referrals can arrive a few days later) along with a $75.00 check for non-Linworth Road Church Members or a $50.00 check for Linworth Road Church Members (1 check per family, not per student) Please make checks out to: Linworth Road Church.

Please note: In order to enroll children in the childcare and preschool groups, your oldest child must be in Kindergarten and five years old (as of September 1st.) or a higher grade.

If you are a CURRENT member who'd like to re-enroll in LHM, please follow the below steps:

  1. Log-in to the LHM member page.
  2. Click on "Current Member Enrollment".
  3. Print and fill out the pdf enrollment form.
  4. Mail the completed enrollment form along with a $75.00 check for non-Linworth Road Church Members or a $50.00 check for Linworth Road Church Members (1 check per family, not per student.) The fee for Board Members is waived.  Please make checks out to: Linworth Road Church.

Important Enrollment Dates

  • Current members only: Open enrollment will begin January of the school year you want to re-enroll for.
  • New member (If space is available): Enrollment will begin March of the school year you want to enroll for.

Parent Kick-Off Meeting

  • The Parent Kick-Off Meeting will be held in August (exact date TBD.)
  •  Please note that the Parent Kick-Off Meeting is a must-come event. Unfortunately, childcare is not provided.

  • You will be approved for the member login page once your background check has been cleared and your paperwork, references, and deposit have been received.
