The Proverbs has described a simple person as one who is naive. The naive are willing to believe anything. Their threshold for belief is very low. This has made the information age downright frightening. With information so accessible through the internet, how can we discern what is true, right, and sensible? The Bible describes an individual whose way of seeing the world protects him from manipulation and deception. Growing in this quality is essential to a Grounded Life.
