Jesus and Evangelism

For most of us, the topic of evangelism produces all sorts of complicated emotions within us--guilt, shame, and, most of all, fear. However, when we study the New Testament we discover that when it comes to this task of evangelism, we are not alone. Each member of the trinity is uniquely involved in helping us in this work. In this series, we have already looked at the Father’s role and the Spirit’s role. In this message, we will talk about Jesus’ role in helping us do the work of evangelism. Jesus didn’t just tell us to do evangelism and make disciples--he showed us how.
