Employing spiritual gifts always involves some risk. Will I fail? Will I be rejected? Will I be misunderstood or judged unfairly? You have heard stories from various pastors about the risks they have taken to use their spiritual gifts,but what about from members of our church--those who must negotiate their volunteerism with secular work and life's demands. Are spiritual gifts just for a few? Or are they for all of us?
