Psalm 95:6     

The Hebrew text uses these verbs in direct sequence of one another so that the text literally reads, “Come, let us prostrate ourselves, let us bow down, let us kneel.”

Romans 12:1

What gave her such perceptiveness in the moment? 

It is because of her love for Jesus (worship) that she “sees” the critical moment before her and acts appropriately. Love for God expressed in worship (rejoicing, reverence, response) yields discernment.
