Church as Family

In the last four messages, we have described attitudes and behaviors that can destroy Christian community--gossip, slander, envy, and pride. Over the next two weeks, we want to take a step back, go back to the blueprint, and define what the Church should look and feel like. Jesus had a specific vision for the church--Church as Family. There is a glaring gap between our contemporary church patterns and the New Testament model. In all the church is enduring today, the return to church as family may be its greatest need.
