Doubters Welcome: Easter 2017

Speaker: Chris Martin Series: Stand Alone/Holidays

We should not be surprised that the claim of the resurrection of Jesus is doubted today. It is a fantastic, startling claim. It was doubted as well in the ancient world, even by those close to Jesus. Doubting is not altogether a bad thing. One writer says that it proves we are thinking. A famous pastor said that if a Christian claims he never doubts, “it is quite time for us to doubt him."

Doubting is unquestionably human; what we do with those doubts is what is important. What we do with those doubts is what defines us.
