The real life tragedy in the book of Judges is finally coming to an end. Samson has introduced a number of problems into this story because of his own moral corruption. He compromises, he is impulsive, and he is narcissistic; but because God is so faithful to his covenant, he uses Samson to accomplish his purposes anyway. However, this week we will see that God is not mocked. He will not let Samson’s sin go unpunished forever. The reality is that Israel needed someone greater than Samson, and so do you and I.
