Habakkuk
When we look at our culture today many are concerned, and for good reasons. It seems like injustice, violence, and sin are everywhere. As a result, many are tempted to ask, "Where is God? Doesn't He care? Why is He silent?" These feelings and questions are not new. In fact, in the Bible, the book of Habakkuk deals with these questions. As we study this book, we will find that God is not passive, He is not silent, and He is always working. As men and women of faith, sometimes we are called to wait, and to trust Him. Our study of Habakkuk will show us that a devoted relationship with God means trusting Him even when His plan and ways don't make sense to us.
