Pete Kresge Ordination
Sunday, January 6
This Sunday, we will ordain Pete Kresge as an elder at Linworth. Pete will continue to serve in his current roles of life group leader and overseeing another life group. He will add the responsibility of helping oversee the church through our weekly elder meeting. Pete has not had a high-profile ministry, nor has he served on our staff. A number of you may not know him very well, but he is loved and respected in the circles in which he has served. During the last several years, Pete has focused on getting a Masters of Divinity degree through Ashland Seminary, as well as training as a hospital chaplain. We are excited to have him as part of our elder team.

Encountering God brings new strength, healing and transformation. That is the goal of this worship event we call Encounter. By interspersing prayer, singing, and scripture, our desire is to become more fully alive in Him and more aware of the Holy Spirit’s work in our lives. Children are welcome!
