Tutoring Program
Begins September 11

Imagine you are a refugee in a foreign land. The food, climate, and people are all new and different--and now you have homework to turn in! If you would like to help refugee children with homework, ESL, and other practical skills, contact Benj at benjfoor@gmail.com. On September 11, we will set up the room, complete a brief orientation for volunteers, and spend some time handing out fliers. The first night of tutoring will be September 18 (6:30-8:00pm).

Mission Trip Recap 1:30-3:30pm
Sunday September 17

Members from the Managua, Taiwan, and East Asia mission teams will share their experiences and tell stories of what God did on these trips. We will gather in the Fellowship Hall from 1:30-3:30pm. Everyone is welcome to attend!

Cookies for Kairos Prison Ministry
Due September 17

This is a great opportunity to help those in prison hear the gospel over the weekend of September 28-October 1. Each inmate receives a package of homemade cookies at the event. If would like to bake cookies, come to the table in the Fellowship Hall this Sunday for detailed instructions on how they are to be packaged, etc. Please bring the cookies to LRC by next Sunday, September 17.
