Prayer of Silence

There is a noise machine inside and outside of us that sets us on edge, makes us perpetually stressed, and leads to obsessive behaviors.  How can we turn it off or at least turn down the volume?    

We'll discover on Sunday that the prayer of silence is not just for a few mystics in the wilderness.  Rather, it is a spiritual practice we can all learn to enjoy; receiving the benefit of greater contentment and confidence along with less anxiety and stress.
